1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using the EA-Bot website (ea-bot.ovh), the user panel (panel.ea-bot.ovh), and our MetaTrader 5 Expert Advisor software ("the Software"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you must immediately cease all use of our services.

2. License and Usage

We grant you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to download, install, and use the Software strictly in accordance with the terms of your subscription. The Software is licensed per MT5 trading account number as registered in your user panel.

3. No Financial Advice

EA-Bot provides automated software for trading analysis and execution. We are not a registered broker, financial advisor, or investment firm. The Software relies on technical indicators and news algorithms; however, no system can guarantee profits. You acknowledge that all trading decisions are made at your own risk.

4. Risk of Loss

High Risk Warning: Trading foreign exchange and commodities (XAU/USD) involves significant risk of loss. You agree that EA-Bot shall not be held liable for any partial or complete loss of your trading capital, account blowouts, or software malfunctions caused by broker issues or market volatility.

5. Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of the Software and the immediate delivery of license keys, all sales are final. Refunds are only issued at our sole discretion in the event of a verified technical failure of our licensing server.

6. Account Security

You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials for panel.ea-bot.ovh. We highly recommend enabling Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) to protect your licenses.
